Loop Returns

Retailers using Loop on the Shopify platform can share returns information with True Fit via Webhook. Please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to https://admin.loopreturns.com/settings/developers (Under 'Settings' > 'Developers').
  2. Click on 'Create webhook'.
  3. Specify the event as 'Return closed', set the response to 'Return', and input the following URL: https://connect-data.truefit.com/webhook/return/loop/xxx (the 'xxx' placeholder should be replaced with your assigned 3-letter clientid; please email support@truefit.com if you need your 3-letter clientid).

  4. Once you add the new webhook and see it on the page, click into it via the 'Event' column to open a pop-up window.

  5. Click the 'Activate' button, then 'Save'.

  6. Once the status of the webhook is flipped to 'Active', please email support@truefit.com with the 'Webhook secret'. We can then complete the configuration on the True Fit side.

Matrixify 

True Fit collects return data from Shopify clients through the Matrixify app. To complete this setup, your dedicated SFTP credentials are required. These credentials are provided by either your True Fit Project Manager or our Support team, however, should you need assistance locating this information, please contact support@truefit.com.

This integration requires the Matrixify app to be installed in your store. Matrixify may incur a monthly cost separate from True Fit. 

Please follow these steps: 

  1. Open the Matrixify app (once installed)
  2. On the main screen, click New Export

  3. Select Matrixify:CSV from the dropdown in the Format section to choose the required data to export.

  4. Choose Orders from the options in the Sheets section.

  5. In the Orders sheet, you can specify columns and values within those columns for export. Select the following five columns: Basic ColumnsCustomersLine TypeLine Items, Line Items Product Data and Refunds. Each column can be expanded by clicking the carrot located on the right-hand side.

  6. Expand each column below and select the associated values listed in the table below.

    Basic Columns ID, Processed At, Currency, UserID, CheckoutID
    Customer Customer: ID
    Line Types Line: Type
    Line Items Line: ID, Product ID, Line: Variant ID, Line: SKU, Line: Quantity, Line: Price
    Line Items Product Data Line: Variant Barcode, Line: Variant SKU
    Refunds Refund ID, Refund: Created At
  7. Click the Filter button. There will be a dropdown menu with the text Include all items where:.  Select Processed Atrelative date, and 7 days. Once you have made your selections, click the Add button.

  8. Expand the Options section.

  9. Select Repeat every 7 days, and run until canceled from the Scheduling subsection.
  10. In the Results File subsection, add exportreturns%Y%m%d to the Custom file name field. From the Upload to: dropdown select Upload to: Full URL.

  11. Paste in the sftp URL provided by your True Fit Project Manager or Support team.
  12. Complete your setup by clicking Export
