Can True Fit make initial adjustments to how specific styles fit?
Although the algorithm will identify size discrepancies and refine over time, True Fit can make initial adjustments to specific styles based on retailer input.
Please send the following information to support@truefit.com:
- Style ID (alternatively, product name or URLs)
- How each style fits (e.g., runs small, runs slightly small, runs big, runs slightly big)
Retailers should only need to provide this initial adjustment once at go-live. True Fit’s size recommendations are continuously updated and refined as new sales data is collected. This ongoing, real-time process ensures that the fit estimates remain accurate and relevant, reflecting any changes in product sizing or fit over time.
